Bolognini, John S., 72, of Atlantis, FL formerly of Brooklyn, NY and Bay Colony, Baldwin, NY, passed away December 2, 2008. John is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Jacqueline, his son, John and wife, Donna of Island Park, NY, his son, James and wife, Lisa of Wellington, FL, his son, Jason and wife, Michele of Freeport, NY, his brother, Salvatore and wife Terry, his brother, Richard and wife Claudia, his brother, Dennis and his 6 grandchildren Adam, Sean, Danielle, Nicholas, Sophia and Gianna. John graduated from Lafayette High, Brooklyn, New York and was a U.S. Army Veteran who enjoyed playing in the Army band. He spent over 45 years working in the garment district of NY as a dress manufacturer. John served on the board and as president of the Bay Colony Homeowners Association where he was a resident for 38 years. He was an avid golfer and boater; some of his fondest memories were the times he spent with his family boating. John will forever be remembered for his selfless giving, unconditional love, and his kind and generous heart. He is loved by all whose lives he touched, Jacqueline and her entire family miss him dearly. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 or to The Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, 1111 Stewart Avenue, Bethpage, N.Y. 11714.
